Wendy Wood (Nandiva)

Wendy is an initiate of Kavi Yogiraj Mani Finger and has been practising Yoga for over tweny years. She has continued the tradition of ISHTA teachings by creating the ISHTA YOGA STUDIO.

Wendy believes that linking the mind, and the body with the breath creates a centred harmonious feeling.

These are the promises of the Ishta method of Yoga as developed by Kavi Yogiraj Mani Finger and taught by Wendy Wood at her studio in Atholl, Sandton.

You will gain spiritual upliftment and enlightenment through the techniques of:

All in the relaxed setting of a beautiful garden studio with the sounds of trickling water and birdsong. 






Classes are held twice daily on weekdays and once on Saturdays and Sundays with experienced guidance. Available for meetings. Complimentary classes are available for all newcomers.
