Yoga for children
Physical
activity is natural to children and vital for their healthy
development. With their sense of wonder, desire for knowledge and great
physical flexibility, children are natural yogis. But, the world in
which we live has become more stressful, and our children are I leading
more noisy and chaotic lives. Therefore yoga offers children the
opportunity to exercise in a natural, healthy and enjoyable way. Yoga
helps children become aware of themselves from the inside out and,
above all, it is a gentle, noncompetitive form of exercise that
suitable for children of all ages and abilities.
